We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding season
dates. However, last-minute availability does sometimes come up, so it’s always worth
getting in touch.

Can I mix different instruments or services?
Yes – most bookings are custom built. You can combine different instruments, styles, or
set types depending on your event. We’ll help you shape the right setup if you’re
unsure.

Do you provide your own equipment?
Yes. All musicians provide their own instruments and essential equipment. For DJ + live
setups or larger events, we can advise on any additional technical requirements if
needed.

Can you learn specific songs?
Yes – where possible we’re happy to include specific requests such as aisle songs, first
dances, or meaningful pieces. Just let us know in advance.

Do you travel?
Yes – we perform across the UK and Ireland and we’re happy to travel farther! Travel
may be included depending on location and package, and will always be clearly outlined
in your quote.

How long are typical sets?
This varies depending on the service, but common formats include 1 hour sets, 2 × 45-
minute sets, ceremony-only performances, and extended evening DJ/live music
packages.

What happens if I’m not sure what I need yet?
That’s completely fine – some clients aren’t at the start. Just send over a few details
about your event and we’ll help build a package that suits the atmosphere and timings.

Do you require a deposit to secure a booking?
Yes – a deposit is required to secure your date. This confirms your booking in the diary
and ensures the date is held exclusively for your event. Full details will be included in
your quote.

When do I pay the remaining balance?
The remaining balance is usually due shortly before your event. We’ll confirm all
payment timings clearly when you book so everything is simple and stress-free.
